NON-RP Item policy

If one with the authority shall see anything that fits under the category of item they have the right to remove/move it. They must flag the person that owns this item for a move and or new one altogether. Its against policy, if they fail to issue a flag. They should somewhere have it logged to make sure no item gets "lost" from its owner. Below is a list of authorized perosnell to do this.
