Ban appeals[MUST READ] Empty Ban appeals[MUST READ]

Have you been banned? Were you banned unfairly? Or, just want to have another chance. If yes, then please post a ban appeal. Here are the rules regarding ban appeals.

You may only pm your banning admin ONCE! Failure to do so will give the banning admin the ability to deny your appeal without further words.
You may ONLY make ONE ban appeal. If you make more than one both will be auto-denied and you'll be forced to wait a week before appealing again.
